The fine print, in plain language
- Payment is prepaid
- Orders are paid in full before we dispatch them.
- No international returns
- If an item has a quality problem or the wrong size was sent, we re-send it instead of taking it back.
- Import duty and VAT
- Any import duty, VAT or customs fees in the destination country are paid by the partner.
- Prices valid for 60 days
- Partner prices are fixed for 60 days. We give notice before they change.
